The one and only K-Pop festival named KCON is finally coming to Germany, more precisely to Frankfurt on the Main, known as a financial center and for its trade fair exhibition grounds. The biggest K-Pop festival will take place on the 28th and 29th of September at the well known Frankfurt Trade Fair. The bombastic line-up includes 15 different groups and artists from South Korea with some of them who have never been to Germany before.
The festival is organized by CJ E&M Entertainment, one of the leading Entertainment companies in South Korea. They have been hosting the KCON since 2012 in multiple countries, including the US, Japan, and Australia. After European KCON festivals in Spain, Italy, and France, now, for the first time in KCON history, it is finally coming to Germany!
On the 28th of September, the KCON Stage will be in hall 3, where Dreamcatcher [드림캐쳐], izna [이즈나], Lee Young Ji [이영지], ONF [온앤오프], and THE BOYZ [더보이즈] will hold their performances, consisting of four to five songs of each.
Moreover, fan and artist contents, and booth areas will also be provided next to both sides of the KCON Stage. In the afternoon, fans can build a greater connection with their favorite artists and groups at a meet & greet, which will take place in the forum. Throughout the day, visitors can dance to their favorite songs and eat delicious food at the M2 Food Lounge inside of the Agora Hall.
German K-Pop fans have eagerly waited for the KCON to come to Germany. In the past twelve years, the festival was mostly held in Asia and the United States. It has been hosted in Europe before, but only four times—twice in Spain and one time in Rome and Paris. Finally, it’s time for Germany and tickets are still available!
If you need any more reason to decide whether you want to go, then here is your cue. Come for your favorite artists and discover groups you probably didn’t know about. This is the best chance you can get to see as many K-Pop artists as possible and there might not be another one in the near future. So, what are you still waiting for?
