HANABI. combines Metalcore with elements of Japanese Pop and Hip Hop, branding the unique style as ›Harajuku-Core‹. The four musicians rely on power chord riffing and breakdowns, and they sound similar to artists like BABYMETAL, MAXIMUM THE HORMONE, Crossfaith, or PassCode. The powerful ladies came together as a highschool band in 2015, covering MAXIMUM THE HORMONE.
After graduating from school and with the support of their fans and friends, their first EP Kaika Sengen [開花宣言] was released in 2018. Three years later in 2021, their debut album Otome Kaikaku [乙女改革] was finally released. Both works were produced by Gaku Taura, the drummer of Crystal Lake.
