Visual Modern Metal band JILUKA finally touring overseas!

Fans all over the globe were waiting—and now, it’s official! Visual-kei Metal band JILUKA is finally heading overseas with their JILUKA K4RMA WORLD TOUR. Their first-ever world tour will bring the four-piece band to Europe with gigs in Poland, Slovakia, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Spain, and Portugal, as well as one in Los Angeles—sandwiched in Japanese concerts.

The band was formed in 2013 by vocalist Ricko, bassist Boogie, and guitarist and creative head Sena. Drummer Zyean joined in 2015. They’re combining dark and edgy Visual-kei aesthetics with so-called EGM sounds (Electronic Gothic Metal), highly influenced by Japanese bands like the famous V-kei band X Japan, but also by Western artists like Mötley Crüe.

They released their last album, IDOLA, in 2021, and have since published the singles BLVCK and OVERKILL, which both are more electronic than their previous works. As Sena said, all elements of EGM, Electronica, Gothic, and Metal were always parts of their music and looks, and in their latest singles, he wanted to combine all of these aspects to give their music a whole new perspective. Furthermore, he didn’t want to miss out on trying something that could work. JILUKA is constantly developing, so listening to their new releases is always surprising!

In 2021, the band held a virtual meeting with European fans during HYPER JAPAN ONLINE, which was just a glimpse of what it would feel like to see them live on stage. This year, they’ll make the dreams of a lot of fans come true with their JILUKA K4RMA WORLD TOUR.
